The tour was 15/8/22 booked this tour thinking I was going on the steam train WHICH is stated in the itinerary I have got , also phoned up to check the train was definitely on it , I was told YES on day two . Well we didn’t go on the tour itinerary which you sent me , we went on another tour completely.Very annoyed at this because that was the reason I booked the tour . I have been given false information, and you are falsely advertising a trip which we did not go on . This trip was expensive and we was so looking forward to it, but I have paid for something which I did not get . I want something done about this please has I paid in good faith for a trip which I did not get . I want some reimbursement from yourself has I am VERY ANNOYED about this trip which I thought I was going on .Also was booked to go on the Stirling castle trip on 23/8/22, but we didn’t go on that either because again I was given the wrong information from yourself, stating the start time was 9.15 departure on your itinerary you sent me , but again that was wrong, we got there and the tour had already gone !!! So I lost all my money on that tour as well , so again paid for something I DID NOT GET !!!! So I want to be compensated for the false information I was given , which is stated in your itinerary, which I have got proof of, I hope you can comply with my request as this has been a disaster of a holiday for me , the tour people we did go with was really good, but you as a company have totally spoilt the holiday for me .Hope to hear from you very soon , so you can sort out the issue that we have had from this disaster of a holiday donna Drury

Hello Mike,
We had a wonderful day at Edinburgh on the 15 September /
John, the guide was full of knowledge about the history of Edinburg and all the places of the city.
He was funny and flexible with time and places due to the closing of Holyrood place.
The driver and the minibus were all very good.
Thanks from all our group from Israel.
I don't know if you saw my last email, about the tour in Edinburgh with Jhon.
As we did not go in Holyrood place, that was close., do you refund as for the ticket you bought for us?

A most fantastic tour. Our guide Mike did well with keeping us on track and has a very good knowledge of Scottish history. Our driver Jim was superb keeping us safe on the road. It was a jam packed itinerary with frequent stops for exploring and photos. Highly recommend.

On the 30th September I received an email from you cancelling the trip I had booked for two people from invetness to john ogroats on Wednesday October 4th. The email said it would take a few days to show in my account. Today ie Monday 9th PM it still does not show. Can you confirm when the refund will be made.
nb Date of Travel wad the 04 Octobet not the 09 October as shown above. I couldn't change this.
