    Morning: Coffee on arrival the 5-star Cook School Scotland. Sit back, relax and let the chef do the cooking. Enjoy the demonstration with Brenda providing some fascinating insights into both the heritage and modern innovations of Scotland's world class larder and cuisine.
    Lunch: 2 course Scottish lunch with drinks and coffee at the Cook School.
    Afternoon: Guided tour of Culzean Castle & Gardens. In terms of grandeur this castle, built in 1569 is second to none. Return to your accommodation.

    Morning: Coffee and Shortbread on arrival at the castle. Guided visit of the most historically important castle in Scotland.
    Lunch/Afternoon: Arrival at Gleneagles, Scotlandís top 5-star hotel. Afternoon Tea has a rich tradition in Scotland. With sandwiches, savoury canapes and sweet treats it makes for a perfect alternative to lunch.
