 Totally refurbished and reopened in 2009 we are neither a hotel nor a B and B. Instead we are a complete and private block of flats and provide you with your own apartment with lounge bedroom kitchen and luxury shower room. Each apartment has a 32 flat screen TV with DVD free high speed wireless broadband a big comfy sofa and footstool to help you chill at the end of the day and a fully fitted kitchen containing basic provisions and a welcome pack containing tea coffee milk bottled water sugar salt pepper washing powder shower gel and shampoo etc. to get you started. Each bedroom also has its own flat screen TV with DVD player and Vogue Memory Pocket mattress with big fluffy pillows for a great night's sleep. Pass through the 1st small roundabout the Talisman Energy Building can now be seen directly ahead. At the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit heading towards Union Street. Mint Apartments 20metres ahead on the left hand side. From the North AirportFollow the A90 southbound following signs for Dundee. At the Bridge of Dee roundabout take the left lane and leave the roundabout at the 1st exit onto Holburn Street (A9013). Follow Holburn Street some distance.
