It is possible to take the scenic route from Edinburgh Airport to St Andrews driving through picturesque and charming fishing villages but this adds approximately 30 minutes to the journey. EDINBURGH AIRPORT INFORMATION (EDI)Located: 83.5 km 52 miles or about a 75-minute drive from the resort.Directions from Edinburgh ('Ed-in-burrah')Take A90 over the Forth Road Bridge (toll £1.00 for cars) on to the M90.
