    Tour Inclusions from December 2018- March 2019
    - Services of a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced driver-guide, and transportation on one of our luxury, Mercedes Benz coaches. note: these tours normally run at a medium group size, air-conditioned Mercedes Benz vehicles, ranging in size from 16 to 43 seats.
     
    Not Included:
    -Accommodation.
    - All optional extras – attraction entrance fees, loch cruises, food and drink etc – are not included in the price of your tour. This is to allow our guests the freedom to choose which optional extras they would like to take part in on the day. Please note some attractions do not accept credit cards, entrance fees are payable in cash only.
     
    All the optional extras can be booked on the day and your driver-guide will advise you of how to book. We negotiate discounted rates for you, ensuring you’ll always get a great deal at Scotland’s top visitor attractions.
     
    Accommodation:
    - accommodation is not included in the tour price, you choose exactly what type of accommodation you want, depending on your budget.  All accommodation is payable to the accommodation provider directly on arrival. Please note that many Bed and Breakfasts do not have card machines and do require guests to pay in cash.
     
    Accommodation rates do vary between providers and seasons. For this reason we are only able to give you an estimated rate until a booking has been made. Estimated rates are as follows:
    Youth Hostel: £18.00 - £22.00 per person per night
    B&B: £35.00 - £55.00 per person per night
    Hotel: From £65.00+ per person per night
     
    All hotels require credit card information to secure a booking. If you do wish us to reserve a hotel room on your behalf, we will contact you for your budget and credit card details. Single supplements may be charged, especially during high season. Please contact our Reservations Team for more information.

    What should I bring with me?

    - As we like to give you as much time off the coach as possible, and you have the opportunity for walks, we recommend you bring warm and/or waterproof clothing, wear comfortable shoes, and take a sun-block or a hat for sunny days.
    And don’t forget your camera to capture all the lovely scenery and wildlife you’ll encounter on your tour!
